6 persons 1 hour very easy

  RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1 can of condense milk
1 can evaporated milk
4 whole eggs
1 spoonfull of vanilla
pinch of salt optional

  RECIPE METHOD

1. Caramel mold in a frying pan melt two cups of sugar until liquid and golden.
2. Pour over in the top part of a double broiler, set aside until cool
3. In a blender mix all ingredientes, place in the caramel top of the double broiler, fill the bottom with water and place in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
4. Let it cool in the refrigerator before serve, and at the time to serve inverted in a dish it is a beautifull tasty,creamy easy to do desert.
